What Boardverse stores on your device, which is almost nothing, and how to clear it.
Under legal review. This document is a draft. It is published so you can see the terms we intend to operate under, and it is being reviewed by our solicitor before it takes effect. Please do not rely on it as settled policy.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how visitors use a site. This policy explains the cookies we use on boardverse.ai, why we use them, and how you can control them.
-
How we use cookies
This site stores nothing on your device when you visit it. No cookies, no local storage, nothing to consent to. The platform sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. That is the whole of it, and the table below is the complete list rather than a summary.
What Where Why Category How long pgai_session app.boardverse.ai Keeps you signed in. It is scoped to that address alone, so it is never sent to boardverse.ai. Essential 7 days bv-lang boardverse.ai Local storage rather than a cookie. Written only if you pick a language from the switcher, so the site remembers your choice. Preference Until you clear your browser storage We use Cloudflare to serve and protect the site. Its bot protection stores nothing on your device unless it needs to challenge your browser, in which case it sets a short-lived security cookie named cf_clearance. Its analytics, described below, stores nothing at all.

Essential cookies
An essential cookie is one the Service cannot work without, and the law does not require your consent for it. We have one. It keeps you signed in to the platform, and without it the platform has no way to know who you are between one page and the next.
It is marked HttpOnly, so no script running in the page can read it, and Secure, so it only travels over an encrypted connection.
-
Analytics cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and where readers arrive from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why you are not asked to consent to it. It does process your IP address, and our Privacy Policy explains what we do with that.
We do not use Google Analytics, and we do not share analytics data with advertisers.
-
Consent and how to withdraw it
There is no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing here that needs your consent. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in to the platform, which the law treats as strictly necessary, and the preference we store is one you asked us to remember by choosing it.
If that changes, we will ask you properly before setting anything that requires consent, and this page will say so.
-
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings. The "Help" function in your browser will explain how. Please note that blocking or deleting essential cookies may stop parts of the Service from working properly.
-
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things about your visit, such as keeping you signed in or remembering your preferences.
Do I have to accept all cookies to use the site?
There is nothing to accept. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in to the platform, and without it the platform cannot know who you are.
Which cookies do you set?
One. The platform at app.boardverse.ai sets pgai_session to keep you signed in, for seven days. The marketing site you are reading sets no cookies at all, and stores your language choice only if you make one.
Do analytics and marketing cookies need my permission?
There is nothing to permit. We run no marketing or advertising cookies, and our analytics stores nothing on your device, so no consent is required and no banner is shown.
Can I change my mind after I have given consent?
There is no consent to withdraw, because we do not ask for any. If you want to clear what is stored, your browser settings will remove the sign-in cookie and the language preference, and the next section explains how.
What happens if I block or delete cookies?
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings, and the Help function in your browser will explain how. Please note that blocking or deleting essential cookies may stop parts of the Service from working properly.
Do you use cookies to advertise to me?
No. We run no advertising cookies and we have no advertising partners.
Will this policy change?
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
