Before you start
Everything we need to set up your board, asked once.
Your answers decide who gets a seat, who signs off, where your records are kept and what we prepare for you. Nothing you tell us here is asked again.
What we ask
- Part 1, required, about five minutes
- Your organisation, your people, and how each person confirms it is them. This is all we need to begin.
- Part 2, optional, about ten minutes
- Where things live today, your AI platform, how ready you are for AI and your board calendar. It helps us prepare, and it can wait.
Have to hand
- Your registered company number
- Names and work email addresses for your Chair, your second signatory and anyone else who needs a seat
- Which account each of them will use to sign in: Google, Microsoft or Apple
Never paste a secret into this form
No passwords and no API keys. Where we ask about a key, we ask only whether one exists and who holds it. If you paste something that looks like a secret, the form clears it and tells you why.
The people you name will hear from us
You will give us the names and work email addresses of colleagues who have not visited this site. We write to each of them once, to say what we hold, why, and how to ask us to remove it. We do not market to them. How we handle their details.
Your answers are saved as you go and reached by a private link we email you. There is no password. A diagnostic that is started and never submitted is deleted after 90 days, and the link stops working with it.

- A confirmation call, about thirty minutes. We go through your answers, fill any gaps and confirm how your organisation is set up. Nothing is set up before this call.
- You set up payment for Governed on Stripe's own page, monthly or annually. Nothing is charged until your organisation is ready.
- We build your organisation. Your records, your address and your settings are created and checked. You are told it is ready only after it has been tested.
- You and your signatories sign in. Each person gets their own invitation by email, sent only to them.
- Your AI agent, when your key is ready. One guided step, and it is not needed to go live.
Your onboarding
Where your organisation stands
You pay in pounds if your organisation is registered in the UK, in euros if it is registered in the euro area, and in dollars otherwise. Five seats are included, and further seats are $25, £19 or €25 each a month. VAT is added where it applies. Nothing is charged until your organisation is ready, and in any event within 30 days of setting up payment. If it is not ready by then, we will email you before taking any payment, and you can cancel and pay nothing. You pay by card or Direct Debit on Stripe's own page; your card and bank details never reach us.
